Continuando meu trabalho na madrugada, pois já é 01:15hs da manhã, estou me sentindo como Amyr Kilnk em seu livro Parati....
B2B ou B2C??
O que rende mais, B2B ou B2C? Primeiro vamos saber um pouco de cada um. B2B business to business, negócios entre empresas, e B2C business to Customer, negócios entre fornecedor e cliente.
Agora imagina tudo isto na Internet?Onde o B2B tem valor para o cliente e o B2C tem valor para o cliente do cliente.
Características do B2B:
Menos compradores;
Compradores maiores;
Compradores profissionais;
Reciprocidade;
Compras diretas no fabricante.
Características do B2C:
Exige serviço de pós-venda;
Entrega;
Converser o cliente sobre a mercadoria;
Fidelidade;
Marketing.
Podemos ver que o B2B gera mais lucro, pois é mais simples, onde o seu cliente já sabe o que quer/precisa e compra em grande quantidade.
Ficaremos por aqui, pois senão vou começar a viajar em economia, e isso não é bom, economia poderá ser outro tema no meu blog.
